McDevitt Pond

I discovered by complete accident that the Idaho Fish and Game has free fishing days for kids in the summer. They bring a trailer to different fishing ponds in the Treasure Valley and all you have to do is show up. They let you borrow a pole, give you bait, and some fishing advice then let you go cast. We went to McDevitt pond in Meridian. We didn't catch anything but were there 2.5 hours and Liam wasn't ready to go home yet, so that's a good sign he will go with me again. There's one in Boise coming up and Jerad is going to try and come with us.
