There are those who feel that anything less than straight As is unacceptable. I am not one of those people, as long as I pass I am feelin fine. Even if it is just barely though.
This semester in math I was doing pretty well (about a 72%) and then got a 60% on a test (I kept mixing up the formulas) and missed a week of homework (that week I had a 20 page paper, 6 page paper, and 4 page paper due + had to go to Idaho Falls and pick up Liam). After all that my grade slipped to a 68.8%. Well, finals are coming so I figured that would make my grade higher.
I took the final and passed, then checked my grade..68.9. What!? Are you kidding me?? I panicked, I mean, if you're going to fail a class at least fail it by more then one point. Come on. Anyway, she let's ups review our tests and if we can find anything we can get partial credit for she will credit us for it. I found 4 problems and submitted it, hoping to get maybe 2 points from it. She changed my grade...and it got me to a 69.8% , which is rad because she rounds the grades. I passed! Barely, but still. 14 credits, a baby, bed bugs, and moving in one semester is enough. I don't need As too.
