Leftover Turkey Last Hurrah

We ate leftover Thanksgiving till Sunday. Then Jerad made turkey chili, which ran out yesterday. So for the last bit of turkey, I made turkey enchiladas. Good bye Thanksgiving turkey, you fed us for over a week. Plus, you were free and 14 pounds. No complaints here.
